Design Objective: Greenville Zoo is in need of re-branding to create a stronger presence in downtown Greenville. The goal is to create a fresh and cohesive identity, draw in more visitors and increase membership. They would like to attract more adults to the zoo.
Design Statement: A logo was created to capture the interest of current and future visitors of the Greenville Zoo. A logo was created using figure-ground, contrasting color palette, and two complementary typefaces. The color palette is translated within the identity package while maintaining a professional, yet fun appearance. The color palette is also consistent within the direct mail piece and infographic that portrays the “More Than A Zoo” campaign. The campaign is family friendly and would appeal to both adults and families with children.
